HOW IT ALL STARTED
The honest version is that I left corporate sobbing, became a stay-at-home mom, and found the VA industry by typing "remote jobs" into Indeed like someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Spoiler: it worked out. I hired my first team member in month one of business. I built quietly for a year while my husband thought my $30K month goal was adorable. Thirteen months in I hit my first $100K cash month, and I have never once let him forget it. From my kitchen table on a ten-acre farm in Minnesota, three brands, nearly 500 VA graduates, and a community of women founders who are building something massive... it has been the wildest, most worthwhile thing I have ever done. And I am just getting started.
